SpecRadar collects and processes publicly available data from marketplace platforms (Shopify App Store reviews, Reddit posts). We do not collect personal information from visitors unless explicitly provided (e.g., email for Pro plan signup).

Data Sources

• Shopify App Store — Public app reviews, ratings, and metadata
• Reddit — Public posts and comments from relevant subreddits

All scraped data is publicly accessible. We do not access private accounts, messages, or protected content.

How We Use Data

• Aggregate and classify user complaints into actionable pain points
• Generate severity scores and market revenue estimates
• Produce career specs and project recommendations

Cookies & Analytics

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. No data is shared with advertisers.

Data Retention

Scraped data is refreshed periodically. We retain processed pain point data for as long as it remains relevant to current market conditions.
